Are you interested in improving your language skills? Or tackling the process of learning a new language?

The U.S. Government needs to teach its diplomats how to speak numerous languages, and to facilitate this process the government created the Foreign Service Institute (FSI). The FSI has generated massive amounts of language curriculum, and it is all in the public domain (i.e., it is free for you to use.) A website called FSI Language Courses, which is not affiliated with the government, has gone through the process of collecting this information and making it freely available in an electronic format. So, instead of looking for the Rosetta Stone language software, just get online and go to the FSI material!
