Chocolate Heaven

Last year, over 48 million pounds of chocolate candy was sold during Valentine’s week. Chocolate is a multi-billion dollar industry and one of the most popular foods in the world. It comes in many forms,  shapes, and sizes. In the United States, the average American eats about 10-12 pounds of chocolate a year. Interestingly enough, this is nowhere near the consumption amount of the average European; the average Swiss eats about 21 pounds of chocolate a year.

Chocolate Fads would be a great book for any chocolate lover. This book provides information about novelties, companies, statistics, sources, and studies, all relating to chocolate. It even provides a 200 question “chocoquiz” at the end.
